E-Z Kold Manufacturing was established in 1984 as Nye Manufacturing. It was, and still is today, the brainchild of Marvin Nye, the President. E-Z Kold was the first to offer a 12 volt cold plate refrigeration system, designed specifically for the boating enthusiast.
